Abstract

Islamic religious education with a multicultural
perspective is an educational model that emphasizes moral
values, such as compassion, love for someone, help,
tolerance, respect for diversity, and other attitudes that
uphold humanity. Furthermore, it means that Islamic
Religious Education with a Multicultural perspective is an
education that opens a wider vision and horizon. Able to
cross ethnic groups or cultural and religious traditions so
as to be able to see "humanity" as a family that has
differences or similar ideals. With this learning, students'
social attitudes will slowly form.
The focus of the problem in this study is 1). How is the
implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning in
the development of students' social attitudes, 2). What are
the inhibiting factors and supporting factors of the
implementation of multicultural Islamic Religious
Education learning in the development of students' social
attitudes at SMK Negeri 1 Bumi Agung. While the purpose
of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation
of Islamic Religious Education learning with a
multicultural perspective in the development of student
social attitudes and inhibiting factors and supporting
factors for the implementation of Islamic Religious
Education learning in the development of student social
attitudes.
This research is a field research with a qualitative
approach. The data collection method uses in-depth
interview methods and documentation, because the Covid19 pandemic outbreak has made schools conduct online
learning, so observation methods cannot be carried out.
While the technique of guaranteeing the validity of data

uses triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis
methods use data reduction, data presentation, conclusion
drawing and verification
