PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN AQIDAH AKHLAK TERHADAP KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VIII DI MTS DARUL A’MAL KOTA METRO TAHUN PELAJARAN 2017/2018

Abstract

Learning aqidah akhak is learning that provides
guidance or teaching to students to become better human beings.
In the learning of aqidah akhlak contained educational values
such as advice, example, commandments and punishment.
Learning aqidah akhlak greatly affects the character of students,
because by educating good character, students will understand
how to foster and guide themselves in everyday life. From the
results of the pre-survey stated that there are still students who
do not have a good personality in their lives, even though
basically they have been given education at school.
The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is
an influence of aqidah akhlak learning on the character of grade
VIII students at Mts Darul A'mal Metro City for the 2017/2018
academic year. While this study aims to determine the influence
of aqidah akhlak learning on the character of students at Mts
Darul A'mal Metro. The hypothesis that the author proposes in
this study is that there is an influence of aqidah akhlak learning
on the character of grade VIII students at Mts Darul A'mal Metro
City for the 2017/2018 academic year.
This type of research is quantitative research. The total
population in this study is grade VIII students at Mts Darul
A'mal Kota Metro which amounts to 200 students. The sampling
technique in this study uses random sampling techniques, which
take 20% of the population so that a sample of 40 students is
obtained. This research uses data collection tools in the form of
questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis
technique uses the Chi Square formula.
