Abstract

 If the marriage contract has taken place and meets
the conditions of getting along, it will have legal
consequences. Thus, the contract also gives rise to his
rights and obligations as a husband and wife in the family,
which include: the right of the husband and wife together,
the right of the husband to wife, and the right of the wife
to the husband. If the husband and wife both carry out their
respective responsibilities, then peace and tranquility of
heart will be realized so that the happiness of the household
will be perfect. Thus, the purpose of life will be realized in
accordance with religious guidance, namely sakinah,
mawaddah, and rahmah. In Kalisari Village, Natar District,
South Lampung Regency, irresponsible marriage today is
a common thing in the community. The problem in this
thesis, How is the life of a legal husband and wife marriage
irresponsible in Sri Pendowo Village and How is the
review of Islamic law against irresponsible husband and
wife marriages in building a household. The purpose of
this study is to determine the influence of rights and
obligations as well as household harmony in irresponsible
marriages. To analyze the review of Islamic law on
irresponsible marriages and their effect on domestic
harmony
The type of research in this thesis is field research. Primary
data are collected through observation and interviews, and
supplemented by secondary data. The analysis is carried
out qualitatively with an inductive thinking method, which
is derived from facts that are specific concrete events that
are drawn generalizations in general
