Abstract

If the marriage contract has taken place and meets
the conditions of getting along, it will have legal
consequences. Thus, the contract also gives rise to his
rights and obligations as a husband and wife in the family,
which include: the right of the husband and wife together,
the right of the husband to wife, and the right of the wife
to the husband. If the husband and wife both carry out their
respective responsibilities, then peace and tranquility of
heart will be realized so that the happiness of domestic life
will be perfect. Thus, the purpose of life will be realized in
accordance with religious guidance, namely sakinah,
mawaddah, and rahmahThe problem in this thesis is how
islamic law reviews irresponsible husband and wife
marriages in building a household. The purpose of this
study is to determine the influence of rights and obligations
and household harmony on irresponsible marriages. To
analyze the Islamic Law review of irresponsible marriages
and their effect on domestic harmony.The type of research
in this thesis is field research. Primary data are collected
through observation and interviews, and supplemented by
secondary data. The analysis is carried out qualitatively
with an inductive thinking method, which is derived from
facts that are specific concrete events that are drawn
generalizations in general
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that
irresponsible marriages in reality conflicts and
misunderstandings between them often occur so as to
soften all that is expected, the law of irresponsible
marriage between legal married couples if they neglect
their responsibilities then the law is sinful, because Allah
Swt has set painful penalties or sanctions for women and
men who shirk their responsibilities
