The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) how the performance of education staff in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin; and (2) how the management of Madrasah heads is improving the performance of education staff in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. This is a qualitative study that is based on the history of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Data is gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The head of the Madrasah and the TU staff were the subjects of this research. Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin is the subject of this study. Identifying data, classifying data, evaluating data, and inferring data were all used to examine qualitative data.

The findings of this study show that the education staff's performance at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin is the best, starting with the Madrasah Principal's disciplinary development of education personnel, which has been implemented or is being implemented as the Madrasah Head frequently supervises and reminds teachers and other staff to arrive on time.The second is his work's speed and accuracy.The working workers have been monitored by the Madrasah Head.

The third is education staff service, which, according to the author, is less than ideal and unprofessional.The madrasah principal's management in boosting the performance of the first education staff begins by managing and supervising education personnel's performance; the second is motivating the madrasah's head to stimulate all instructors and staff so that they remain excited at work. The third step is rewarding; if an employee performs exceptionally well, the Head of Madrasah will offer an award; if an employee breaks the rules, he or she will be warned and punished.

The research approach in this study is a type of qualitative research. This study does not have a hypothesis because the goal is to collect data to describe the actual situation in the field, not to test hypotheses that have been made to be rejected or accepted. Based on the research findings: (1) The student discipline education plan outlines the norms that must be obeyed, then communicated to all students to be obeyed and obeyed. Students who violate these norms will receive appropriate punishment/punishment if they do not follow the rules, in order to develop students who are highly disciplined and responsible for their actions. (2) Discipline management has followed all rules and regulations. To organize learning activities, the school prepares an educational calendar which is replaced every year by the school. The arrangement of study times is in accordance with material standards and adapted to the calendar of the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, regional demands, the characteristics of the pesantren in the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School environment, the needs of students and the community, as well as government regulations. (3) Even though there are obstacles in managing discipline, there are still students who violate the rules when discipline is applied. Therefore, the solution must be followed up starting from data collection to planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. After that, management creates something that can be used to modify and improve student discipline management.

Counseling guidance service activities are those that are performed in order to carry out the functions of guidance and counseling. Counseling guidance services assist students to receive and understand numerous types of information in order to make the best decisions possible in the areas of personal, social, learning, and professional development. The implementation of guidance and counseling so far at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jati Agungi District, South Lampung Regency has encountered obstacles, namely the impression that students have of BK services such as subject teachers providing learning, resulting in it not being fully utilized, there is still a feeling of shame and fear when going to convey problems encountered, resulting in these problems accumulating in students, and the supervising teacher has not made the necessary adjustments. The problem in this study is how the role of the teacher in moral growth affects the implementation of guidance and counseling in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The goal of this study is to promote moral values. Students' moral growth toward the implementation of counseling advice in schools was favorable at 77.1 percent, while student perceptions of the implementation of guidance and counseling in schools were negative at 22.9 percent, according to the findings. Suggestions for supervising instructors at schools include providing information services in a different way than other subjects, so that students are interested in participating and have positive opinions as a result. Other variables that have a relationship with student perceptions should be included in future study, and the research object can be broadened again.

Extracurricular events are held to help students develop their interests and talents, as well as to boost the personality development of students who are prone to following a particular path. Extracurricular activities were held at specific hours at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung Lampung Selatan. The goal of the study is to describe how extracurricular activities are implemented, with the goal of boosting non-academic successes while doing so. Field research employing a qualitative technique is included in this study. In this study, data was collected by observation, documentation, and interviews. Qualitative descriptive methodologies were used to analyze the data. The implementation of extracurricular activities in nurturing students' non-academic successes is carried out with good planning, such as organizing meetings, according to the findings of the research. Determine the timetable of activities and the sequence in which they will take place. Then there's an organization that makes it simpler to identify the activity supervisor, followed by the implementation of extracurricular activities that follow the plans that have been established, and finally, an evaluation of the activities.

The purpose of this study is to assess how well the learning process has been implemented at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin. This evaluation focuses on several aspects that influence teaching and learning activities (KBM), including: the implementation of the evaluation of the learning process as seen from the structure of the program, the target of achieving the Learning Process Plan (RPP) from the teacher council, obstacles faced by teachers and students in implementing the evaluation of the learning process, and completeness of the evaluation of the learning process. The goal of this study is to gather data on numerous factors that influence the implementation of the above-mentioned learning process evaluation, with the intention that the findings will be useful to the Supreme Court of Hidayatul Mubtadiin in particular, as well as other MA with similar needs. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. This research is also exploratory in nature, with the goal of describing the situation or gathering facts and information. Teachers and students from MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin's class XI semester 1 and 2 were the subjects of this study. The learning process at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin is the subject of this study. Direct observation, documentation, and interviews were used to collect data for this study, which was then evaluated descriptively with percentages. The outcomes of data analysis are interpreted using established standards to produce the following categories: very good, good, sufficient, less, and very poor. The strategy of the head of Madrasah in designing the Qiraatul Kutub local content curriculum at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin is discussed in this thesis. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) what is the head of Madrasah's strategy for developing Qiraatul Kutub local content curriculum at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin, 2) what are the supporting factors for developing Qiraatul Kutub local content curriculum at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin, and 3) what are the inhibiting factors for developing Qiraatul Kutub local content curriculum at Hidayatul MA Mubtadiin. Field research was done in conjunction with a qualitative research approach. The number of informants can range from one to five. Observation, interview, and documentation were employed as data gathering strategies. Techniques for data processing and analysis are applied in three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Testing the data's validity through triangulation, which includes sources, procedures, and time. The results showed that the Head of Madrasah's Strategy for Developing the Qiraatul Kutub Local Content Curriculum at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin was successful because the head of the Madrasah was able to plan, manage, evaluate, and supervise the curriculum's implementation based on student characteristics and regional needs. The following are some of the reasons that have aided in the development of local content curriculum at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin: To promote the success of the teaching and learning process, madrasah principals are aided by the deputy head of the curriculum, teachers, students, staff/employees, and infrastructure. The community and parents of pupils are then external variables in curriculum creation. Lack of discipline on the part of pupils is an impediment to curricular improvement.

Madrasah Climate's Importance in Developing Student Interest in Studying Madrasah climate plays a significant role in fostering student interest in learning since it depicts the environment of Madrasa life. As a result, if the Madrasah climate is conducive to learning, students will be more interested in learning and will have a greater desire to learn. As a result, researchers wish to conduct a more in-depth investigation into the Effect of Madrasah Climate on Class VII Students' Learning Interest in Akidah Akhlak Subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung's Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung. The following is the problem statement for this study: 1) How much does the Madrasa climate influence students' desire to learn? The goal of this research is to 1) establish the amount of the madrasa climate's impact on students' desire in learning.This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative correlational analysis method. The sample for this study consisted of 124 individuals, all of whom were students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin class VII, and was drawn by saturated sampling. The T test (rcount, where the findings of rcount will be reviewed with r table at a significant level of 5% ) was employed to collect data in this study. The results of this study suggest that the Madrasah atmosphere has an impact on seventh-grade kids' desire in learning in MTs. The findings of the sig value test support this. 0.002 0.05, and Tcount > Ttable, i.e. Tcount = 3,478 > Ttable. Ttable = 1,693 based on Ttable = 1,693 based on Ttable = As a result, it can be stated that the Madrasah atmosphere has an impact on the learning interest of Madrasah Hidayatul Mubtadiin's seventh grade pupils.

This study examines the Affective Realm Development Strategy in Aqidah Akhlak Learning in Class XI Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung Students in the 2020/2021 Academic Year The presence of researchers in the field is very important considering that this thesis is qualitative in nature, so the participation of researchers in the field is very important. The researcher is an active participant in the study and acts as a direct instrument and data collector from in-depth observations. At the time of the interview, the informant or respondent was asked to provide data in the form of words. In other words, data comes from informants, while complementary data comes from documents. All this information was collected through observation and documentation in addition to interviews. Examining existing data is how data analysis is carried out. Then proceed with data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jatiagung learning has referred to the 2013 curriculum, madrasas have also implemented affective domain development strategies in teaching moral aqidah to students, such as using greetings between teachers and students, habituation of tadarus carried out in class before learning begins, habituation of dhuha prayer every morning, congregational prayers at the mosque, and so on, the aqidah moral teacher who always applies active learning methods in class XI. (2) student factors, madrasa factors, family factors, and community environmental factors can all play a role in supporting and hindering the strategy of developing the emotional realm in obtaining moral aqidah in class XI students.

The qualitative descriptive method was applied in this investigation. In data collection, there are three instruments. The findings of this study show that teacher supervision is not being used to improve student discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, and that there are still violations of the Madrasah's rules that are being broken by students.

Meanwhile, the school principal's position as Kamabigus must be enhanced, particularly in terms of providing help. Education has a very important role in human life, because humans are ciureatures who lneed education. The main purpose of education is to develop knowledge, attitudes and skills simultaneously and in balance, so that there is a good relationship between each skill which is the goal of the education. This study aims to explain how the Akidah Akhlak teacher's efforts in improving the emotional intelligence of students at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that describes information data based on facts obtained in the field. This data was collected through interviews with school principals, Islamic religious education teachers and counseling guidance teachers, observations by observing or observing the teacher's efforts in developing students' emotional intelligence at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung, and school documentation. The results of the study revealed that: (1) The efforts made by the teacher to develop students' emotional intelligence began with apples every morning by shaking hands in the field, reading prayers in front of the class and giving motivation before starting the lesson. This study intends to describe the efforts of Aqidah Akhlak teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin in implementing self-control (self-control) in class X science students. This thesis is based on a qualitative study that employs the descriptive technique. Observation, interviewing, and documentation procedures are used to obtain documents. The findings revealed that the efforts of Aqidah Akhlak teachers in implementing self-control (self-control) in class X Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin can be seen through three aspects of self-control (self-control), namely, First, cognitive control (knowledge control) is carried out through active learning with classroom-based assessment accompanied by remedial and enrichment programs, and second, behavioral control (behavioral control) is carried out, Second, religious activities that can influence children's character, especially in terms of behavior, such as Dzuhur and Asr prayers in congregation, cult following Asr prayer, and so on, are used to manage behavior (behavioral control). Third, religious activities are used to exercise choice control (decision control). It incorporates religious principles that can assist kids in determining which actions will result in positive or negative outcomes. There was an increase in student self-control as a result of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher's efforts, as evidenced by changes in student behavior, such as those who initially did religious activities out of compulsion, just to get good grades, and still felt under supervision, but once they become officers in religious activities, they are required to be responsible and aware that they are under supervision. so that students may maintain self-control and set a good example for their peers, and are more thoughtful in determining which activities to engage in, which activities will lead to positive or negative outcomes, and carry out their responsibilities as students enthusiastically and without coercion.

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum management requires optimal teacher cooperation, which necessitates team-based learning, as well as cohesive cooperation among team members. Teacher collaboration is critical in the educational process, which has recently undergone significant modifications. The descriptive approach was used in this study at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung. The informants in this study were the curricular field's principle, vice principal, and vice principal. Interviews, observation, and documentation were utilized to obtain data in this study. Data analysis was accomplished by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability are used to evaluate the data's validity. It was concluded that 2013 Curriculum Management was carried out by examining context and needs and setting national education standards, based on the outcomes of data analysis and debate. The madrasa's vision, goals, and objectives, as well as the structure and substance of the curriculum and the instructional calendar, are determined by the principal and the curriculum development team. Every semester and yearly, the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin plans student teacher events. And it's still going strong, despite the fact that there are still issues with teachers not grasping the 2013 curriculum. The policy of the head of madrasah and the 2013 curriculum management team to plan curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin using lesson plans and syllabus as a reference for teachers to teach at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin due to a lack of teachers understanding the 2013 curriculum.

As a madrasah head leader is one of the most important components in an educational institution that is very influential in improving teacher discipline. The principal is fully responsible for influencing, directing, and moving the actions of an educator to achieve certain goals in certain situations. This study was conducted to see how much influence the leadership of the madrasah principal has on teacher discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Collecting data using a questionnaire (questionnaire). This study is a population study with a total of 33 respondents, sampling using a saturated sample, meaning that all populations are used as samples and the data analysis technique used is a simple regression test where the results obtained from this study are that there is a significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah head on teacher discipline of 0.890 or 89% has an effect.

The principal's charismatic leadership (X) and the teacher's work spirit (Y) are the two variables examined in this study (Y). Educators made up 33 percent of the study's population. Because the sample size to be researched is smaller than 100 people, this study uses a saturated sample technique. A questionnaire was used to collect data. A Likert scale was used in this study to get a score for the madrasah principal's charismatic leadership and a score for teacher work motivation. To respond to the problem formulation, the data analysis technique chosen was quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the findings of the T test sig. 0.000, which means that the value is 0.05, it can be concluded that the madrasa principal's leadership has a considerable impact on teacher motivation. And Tcount>Ttable, as seen in the table above, Tcount=15,568> from Ttable = 1,693. It may be stated that the charismatic head of the madrasa has a good and considerable influence on the job motivation of teachers, namely Ha accepted and Ho rejected.

Giving charity is one of the hablum minannas interactions that can be utilized in the realm of education; alms can make people wealthy, Allah SWT will launch their sustenance, assist and ease the burden of others, and so on. Alms, particularly in the field of education, can assist students develop character by teaching them how to serve others and promote mutual respect with those who cannot afford it. All of the stages of applying the Islamic education system have character formation as a primary goal. Although the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School has fostered the habit of donating alms in its students in order to promote character education ideals, many students still do not donate charity. As a result, the authors are interested in doing study on the character of students after they have practiced almsgiving. In order to address these issues, it is vital to implement laws that will encourage students to offer alms on a regular basis, such as requiring students to give alms every day. How are values of character education in the habituation of alms in the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, and what are the supporting and inhibiting elements in the habituation of alms in the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, is the formulation of the problem posed. This is a descriptive qualitative research with research subjects, and the sort of research is qualitative. Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School Jati Agung has two teachers and two students. In this study, data was gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to see how the ideals of character education affect almsgiving and what the supporting and inhibiting variables are in almsgiving at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. The findings of the study show that character education ideals are critical in changing the character of students who previously refused to offer alms to students who are now eager to give alms. This is accomplished by compelling pupils to offer alms every day as part of a habituation strategy. This method is the final level of the benefits of alms, in which pupils develop character education values.
