This is a qualitative study that is based on the history of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Data is gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The head of the Madrasah and the TU staff were the subjects of this research. Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin is the subject of this study. Identifying data, classifying data, evaluating data, and inferring data were all used to examine qualitative data.</em></p> <p><em>The findings of this study show that the education staff's performance at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin is the best, starting with the Madrasah Principal's disciplinary development of education personnel, which has been implemented or is being implemented as the Madrasah Head frequently supervises and reminds teachers and other staff to arrive on time.The second is his work's speed and accuracy.The working workers have been monitored by the Madrasah Head.</em></p> <p><em>The third is education staff service, which, according to the author, is less than ideal and unprofessional.The madrasah principal's management in boosting the performance of the first education staff begins by managing and supervising education personnel's performance; the second is motivating the madrasah's head to stimulate all instructors and staff so that they remain excited at work. Based on the research findings: (1) The student discipline education plan outlines the norms that must be obeyed, then communicated to all students to be obeyed and obeyed. Students who violate these norms will receive appropriate punishment/punishment if they do not follow the rules, in order to develop students who are highly disciplined and responsible for their actions. (2) Discipline management has followed all rules and regulations. To organize learning activities, the school prepares an educational calendar which is replaced every year by the school. The arrangement of study times is in accordance with material standards and adapted to the calendar of the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, regional demands, the characteristics of the pesantren in the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School environment, the needs of students and the community, as well as government regulations. (3) Even though there are obstacles in managing discipline, there are still students who violate the rules when discipline is applied. Therefore, the solution must be followed up starting from data collection to planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. Counseling guidance services assist students to receive and understand numerous types of information in order to make the best decisions possible in the areas of personal, social, learning, and professional development.</em> <em>The implementation of guidance and counseling so far at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jati Agungi District, South Lampung Regency has encountered obstacles, namely the impression that students have of BK services such as subject teachers providing learning, resulting in it not being fully utilized, there is still a feeling of shame and fear when going to convey problems encountered, resulting in these problems accumulating in students, and the supervising teacher has not made the necessary adjustments.</em> <em>The problem in this study is how the role of the teacher in moral growth affects the implementation of guidance and counseling in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The goal of this study is to promote moral values. Students' moral growth toward the implementation of counseling advice in schools was favorable at 77.1 percent, while student perceptions of the implementation of guidance and counseling in schools were negative at 22.9 percent, according to the findings.</em> <em>Suggestions for supervising instructors at schools include providing information services in a different way than other subjects, so that students are interested in participating and have positive opinions as a result. The goal of the study is to describe how extracurricular activities are implemented, with the goal of boosting non-academic successes while doing so. Field research employing a qualitative technique is included in this study. In this study, data was collected by observation, documentation, and interviews. Qualitative descriptive methodologies were used to analyze the data. The implementation of extracurricular activities in nurturing students' non-academic successes is carried out with good planning, such as organizing meetings, according to the findings of the research. Determine the timetable of activities and the sequence in which they will take place. This evaluation focuses on several aspects that influence teaching and learning activities (KBM), including: the implementation of the evaluation of the learning process as seen from the structure of the program, the target of achieving the Learning Process Plan (RPP) from the teacher council, obstacles faced by teachers and students in implementing the evaluation of the learning process, and completeness of the evaluation of the learning process.</em> <em>The goal of this study is to gather data on numerous factors that influence the implementation of the above-mentioned learning process evaluation, with the intention that the findings will be useful to the Supreme Court of Hidayatul Mubtadiin in particular, as well as other MA with similar needs. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. This research is also exploratory in nature, with the goal of describing the situation or gathering facts and information. Teachers and students from MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin's class XI semester 1 and 2 were the subjects of this study.</em> <em>The learning process at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin is the subject of this study. Direct observation, documentation, and interviews were used to collect data for this study, which was then evaluated descriptively with percentages. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) what is the head of Madrasah's strategy for developing Qiraatul Kutub local content curriculum at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin, 2) what are the supporting factors for developing Qiraatul Kutub local content curriculum at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin, and 3) what are the inhibiting factors for developing Qiraatul Kutub local content curriculum at Hidayatul MA Mubtadiin. Field research was done in conjunction with a qualitative research approach. The number of informants can range from one to five. Observation, interview, and documentation were employed as data gathering strategies. Techniques for data processing and analysis are applied in three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Testing the data's validity through triangulation, which includes sources, procedures, and time. The results showed that the Head of Madrasah's Strategy for Developing the Qiraatul Kutub Local Content Curriculum at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin was successful because the head of the Madrasah was able to plan, manage, evaluate, and supervise the curriculum's implementation based on student characteristics and regional needs. The following are some of the reasons that have aided in the development of local content curriculum at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin: To promote the success of the teaching and learning process, madrasah principals are aided by the deputy head of the curriculum, teachers, students, staff/employees, and infrastructure. The community and parents of pupils are then external variables in curriculum creation. The goal of this research is to 1) establish the amount of the madrasa climate's impact on students' desire in learning.This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative correlational analysis method. The sample for this study consisted of 124 individuals, all of whom were students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin class VII, and was drawn by saturated sampling. The T test (rcount, where the findings of rcount will be reviewed with r table at a significant level of 5% ) was employed to collect data in this study.</em> <em>The results of this study suggest that the Madrasah atmosphere has an impact on seventh-grade kids' desire in learning in MTs. The researcher is an active participant in the study and acts as a direct instrument and data collector from in-depth observations. At the time of the interview, the informant or respondent was asked to provide data in the form of words. In other words, data comes from informants, while complementary data comes from documents.</em> <em>All this information was collected through observation and documentation in addition to interviews. Examining existing data is how data analysis is carried out. At Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, this study attempts to determine how teacher supervision affects student discipline and to discover the elements that influence teacher supervisors' ability to improve student discipline. The qualitative descriptive method was applied in this investigation. In data collection, there are three instruments. This thesis is based on a qualitative study that employs the descriptive technique. Observation, interviewing, and documentation procedures are used to obtain documents. The findings revealed that the efforts of Aqidah Akhlak teachers in implementing self-control (self-control) in class X Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin can be seen through three aspects of self-control (self-control), namely, First, cognitive control (knowledge control) is carried out through active learning with classroom-based assessment accompanied by remedial and enrichment programs, and second, behavioral control (behavioral control) is carried out, Second, religious activities that can influence children's character, especially in terms of behavior, such as Dzuhur and Asr prayers in congregation, cult following Asr prayer, and so on, are used to manage behavior (behavioral control). Teacher collaboration is critical in the educational process, which has recently undergone significant modifications. The descriptive approach was used in this study at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung. The informants in this study were the curricular field's principle, vice principal, and vice principal. Interviews, observation, and documentation were utilized to obtain data in this study. Data analysis was accomplished by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability are used to evaluate the data's validity. It was concluded that 2013 Curriculum Management was carried out by examining context and needs and setting national education standards, based on the outcomes of data analysis and debate. The madrasa's vision, goals, and objectives, as well as the structure and substance of the curriculum and the instructional calendar, are determined by the principal and the curriculum development team. An interactive model including data reduction phases, data preparation, and data analysis is used in data analysis. As a result, teachers must work to improve their teaching skills. With this backdrop in mind, the researchers performed a study at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin on the Effect of Charismatic Leadership of the Head of Madrasah on Teacher Work Motivation with the formulation of the problem. Is the charismatic leadership of the Madrasah's Head of Madrasah having an impact on the job motivation of the instructors at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin? </em><em>The principal's charismatic leadership (X) and the teacher's work spirit (Y) are the two variables examined in this study (Y). Educators made up 33 percent of the study's population. Because the sample size to be researched is smaller than 100 people, this study uses a saturated sample technique. A questionnaire was used to collect data. A Likert scale was used in this study to get a score for the madrasah principal's charismatic leadership and a score for teacher work motivation. To respond to the problem formulation, the data analysis technique chosen was quantitative descriptive analysis. </em><em>Based on the findings of the T test sig. 0.000, which means that the value is 0.05, it can be concluded that the madrasa principal's leadership has a considerable impact on teacher motivation. And Tcount&gt;Ttable, as seen in the table above, Tcount=15,568&gt; from Ttable = 1,693. Alms, particularly in the field of education, can assist students develop character by teaching them how to serve others and promote mutual respect with those who cannot afford it. All of the stages of applying the Islamic education system have character formation as a primary goal. Although the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School has fostered the habit of donating alms in its students in order to promote character education ideals, many students still do not donate charity. As a result, the authors are interested in doing study on the character of students after they have practiced almsgiving. In order to address these issues, it is vital to implement laws that will encourage students to offer alms on a regular basis, such as requiring students to give alms every day. How are values of character education in the habituation of alms in the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, and what are the supporting and inhibiting elements in the habituation of alms in the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, is the formulation of the problem posed. This is a descriptive qualitative research with research subjects, and the sort of research is qualitative. Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School Jati Agung has two teachers and two students. In this study, data was gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to see how the ideals of character education affect almsgiving and what the supporting and inhibiting variables are in almsgiving at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. The findings of the study show that character education ideals are critical in changing the character of students who previously refused to offer alms to students who are now eager to give alms. This is accomplished by compelling pupils to offer alms every day as part of a habituation strategy.
