Abstract

Extracurricular events are held to help students develop their interests and talents, as well as to boost the personality development of students who are prone to following a particular path. Extracurricular activities were held at specific hours at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung Lampung Selatan. The goal of the study is to describe how extracurricular activities are implemented, with the goal of boosting non-academic successes while doing so. Field research employing a qualitative technique is included in this study. In this study, data was collected by observation, documentation, and interviews. Qualitative descriptive methodologies were used to analyze the data. The implementation of extracurricular activities in nurturing students' non-academic successes is carried out with good planning, such as organizing meetings, according to the findings of the research. Determine the timetable of activities and the sequence in which they will take place. Then there's an organization that makes it simpler to identify the activity supervisor, followed by the implementation of extracurricular activities that follow the plans that have been established, and finally, an evaluation of the activities.
