Abstract

In Indonesia, education is meant to produce citizens who believe in and are committed to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, and self-sufficient, by becoming democratic and responsible citizens. Article 3 of the Law No. 20 of 2003 At Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, this thesis addresses How Teacher Supervision In Improving Student Discipline, Factors Influencing Teacher Supervision In Improving Student Discipline. At Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, this study attempts to determine how teacher supervision affects student discipline and to discover the elements that influence teacher supervisors' ability to improve student discipline. The qualitative descriptive method was applied in this investigation. In data collection, there are three instruments. The findings of this study show that teacher supervision is not being used to improve student discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, and that there are still violations of the Madrasah's rules that are being broken by students.
