Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum management requires optimal teacher cooperation, which necessitates team-based learning, as well as cohesive cooperation among team members. Teacher collaboration is critical in the educational process, which has recently undergone significant modifications. The descriptive approach was used in this study at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung. The informants in this study were the curricular field's principle, vice principal, and vice principal. Interviews, observation, and documentation were utilized to obtain data in this study. Data analysis was accomplished by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability are used to evaluate the data's validity. It was concluded that 2013 Curriculum Management was carried out by examining context and needs and setting national education standards, based on the outcomes of data analysis and debate. The madrasa's vision, goals, and objectives, as well as the structure and substance of the curriculum and the instructional calendar, are determined by the principal and the curriculum development team. Every semester and yearly, the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin plans student teacher events. And it's still going strong, despite the fact that there are still issues with teachers not grasping the 2013 curriculum. The policy of the head of madrasah and the 2013 curriculum management team to plan curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin using lesson plans and syllabus as a reference for teachers to teach at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin due to a lack of teachers understanding the 2013 curriculum.
