Abstract

As a madrasah head leader is one of the most important components in an educational institution that is very influential in improving teacher discipline. The principal is fully responsible for influencing, directing, and moving the actions of an educator to achieve certain goals in certain situations. This study was conducted to see how much influence the leadership of the madrasah principal has on teacher discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Collecting data using a questionnaire (questionnaire). This study is a population study with a total of 33 respondents, sampling using a saturated sample, meaning that all populations are used as samples and the data analysis technique used is a simple regression test where the results obtained from this study are that there is a significant influence between the leadership of the madrasah head on teacher discipline of 0.890 or 89% has an effect.
